hi! how are you guys? Summer's almost here, it's time to take out your vests to wear. On the topic of wearing these vests (aka tank tops?), of course you would want to wear them in the fittest possible condition to meet others. I would like to share some tips on keeping fit with you guys.

You guys all know that drinking water more regularly helps, and also there's eating-- you should eat less oily and deep-fried foods (stick to lighter foods). When I eat food outside, I always order 'less oil, less salt'. Eat more fruits, and do more exercises when free, like anything such as aerobics, or chigong. I recently became the spokesperson of a beauty salon, and the people there taught me many tips on keeping fit. I also got much more knowledge on healthy living, and I started doing more exercises for my arms, legs and tummy. I think these are very effective, because I am usually very busy with filming and work, very often I don't do much exercise. That's why I use these specialized exercises to improve my health. I feel that other than watching your diet and taking pills to improve your overall appearance, doing these specialised exercises can improve the effects of the beauty treatment.

So, when you wear vests or tank tops, it will be no problem at all!
